Veronica Yeung

As a Top Ad Exec competitor in 2012, Veronica landed an elusive interview with PepsiCo as a top 10 finalist, and eventually a marketing internship later that summer. The internship led to a full-time offer, and she’s been at PepsiCo holding progressive positions in Toronto and New York ever since. She credits Top Ad Exec for quite literally kick-starting her career and delivering its promise of “real-world wins”!

Maya Cieszynska

Maya Cieszynska is the Senior Content Manager at Viafoura. Since winning Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec in 2011, Maya has worked in multiple marketing roles and continued to climb the corporate ladder. Prior to Viafoura, Maya has worked with other prestigious brands like Zoom and PepsiCo.

Mike Alaimo

Mike Alaimo started his marketing journey on Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec as a Co-Chair back in 2009. He has always had a passion for marketing,
and after graduating, he began working at PepsiCo Canada. Over the past ten years at PepsiCo, he has worked in many roles and marketed the food
brands you know and love like Lay’s, Quaker Oats, Cheetos, and Gatorade. He is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for Gatorade and has led the launch of Gatorade Frost, Gatorade Zero, and BOLT24 over the last four years.

Jesse Carmichael

After winning Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec in 2015, Jesse graduated with a degree in marketing and finance from Concordia's John Molson School of Business and joined the Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, she was promoted to the role of Consultant. Jesse Carmichael currently is an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School and works in Brand Management at Kraft Heinz.

Bram Warshafsky

Named as one of the 2014 “Top 30 Under 30” by Marketing Magazine, Bram Warshafsky is the founder of Shelfgram, a tech company that enables teams to spot retail trends before they're trends. Prior to working on Shelfgram, Bram was the VP of Innovation at Sgsco and tackled intrapreneurial technology-based projects. He also co-founded 5Crowd, which gained the trust of prestigious brands like McDonald’s, Twitter, and CIBC. Before taking the entrepreneurial leap, he held various roles within brand management and digital marketing at Johnson &
Johnson.

Rachel Zimmer

Rachel Zimmer is a leader in the Toronto tech community, and she is incredibly passionate about accelerating entrepreneurship in the Canadian ecosystem. Currently, Rachel is the General Manager of Entrepreneur First - the world’s leading Talent Investor. EF brings together extraordinary people to build startups from scratch in London, Singapore, Berlin, Hong Kong, Paris, India, and as of September 2020 - Toronto!

Through its $140M fund, EF invests in individuals to find a world-class co-founder, develop an idea and fund the technology businesses they create. Rachel is leading the launch into Canada. Before EF, Rachel coached over 50 startups as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Ryerson Incubator, the DMZ. Before coaching startups, she Co-Founded, scaled, and exited her own tech company - 5Crowd - in under three years. Interestingly, it all traces back to Top Ad. Rachel pressure tested her Co-Founder relationship via CNTAE, where she learned that she and her
Co-Founder were a force to be reckoned with as a duo!
